For this set I kept most things constant with camera settings and editing:
Building structure
At home
f/4 ~ ISO 100 ~ 35mm
18mm extension tube
Rotated 45° (Hence...On it's Ear!)
Edited to Black and White
Each photo will be followed by a screenshot of the photo as viewed in LR’s Visualize Spots.
(The only camera setting I changed was shutter speed for a proper exposure.)
First set: Corner feature drywall with harsh sunlight hitting the back perpendicular wall.
Second set: Brick wall
Third set: James Hardi® Siding
Fourth set: James Hardi® Trim
Some great explorations Dean. Thanks for sharing.
Nice! My favorites are easily #4 and the last.
My favorite as well.
These are all fantastic, Dean. I can't pick any favorite because they all tell a story. Great idea using the VS feature. Also goes to show that ANYTHING in the house can be creatively photographed!
That’s an eclectic set Dean, thanks for posting.
My favorite is #4 as it has a sense of mystery and interest.
